No. The purpose of the site is to step in and help with something that you already have in your back pocket. You aren’t giving someone else's talk that cancelled, you are giving your talk that matches the audience in hand.
Now that isn’t to say if the group bringing you in reached out early enough that you couldn’t create a new talk, but that is between you and the planner/group, etc.
